Adriana Macias has recently joined Resume Place as RP Correspondence Manager. Our firm receives a vast range of inquiries through our Contact Us portal, from questions on resumes, SES, ALJ, IJ, certification, government training, and more. She responds to questions on resumes, SES, ALJ, IJ, etc. and directs correspondents to the right places.
Adriana brings rich related experience, understanding and knowledge to this position. Her work as a USMC Wounded Warrior Transition Manager and other relevant posts has made her familiar with our work and mission. Recently she was certified by us as a Federal Job Search Trainer and Federal Career Coach, as well as Federal Resume Writer.
In addition, Adriana has been a Family Member Employment Assistant Program Specialist. While serving within this position, she assisted 60+ military spouses, dependents, and active duty personnel a month with resume reviews, job search assistance, and career coaching.
She also worked as a Veteran Case Manager for three years, providing direct case management services to 300+ veterans via psychosocial assessments, education assessments, employment readiness assessments, training navigation, etc.
Her other positions include work as a Counseling Supervisor, Case Manager and Child Welfare Services Intake Coordinator.
