FACILITATING CAREER DEVELOPMENT 2022 DATES –

Complete NCDA’S 120 CEU PROGRAM covering 12 competencies
needed to take the CSSP and GCDF Examinations – important Career Services Credentials.

 

Session 1 – EUROPE /  US REGION

Beginning March 8 through July 12, 2022
Tuesdays, 12 noon to 2:30 PM ET
10 Classes, every other week

 

Session 2 – EUROPE /  US REGION

Beginning April 13 through Aug. 17th, 2022
Wednesdays, 9 am to 11:30 am ET
10 Classes, every other week

 

Session 3 – PACIFIC REGION

Beginning June 2 through Oct. 6, 2022
Thursdays, 6 pm to 8:30 pm ET
10 Classes, every other week

Improve your career development services at your installation.

The FCD is the important career training program that will enable you to sit for the Global Career Development Certificate and/or the Career Services Certificate!  Make 2022 your year to get your credentials for career services, as well as federal job search training certifications.

 

The NCDA requirement for the course is 120 hours of classroom and homework/ research activities. Sessions are recorded if you have to miss the class.

 

25 HOURS CLASSROOM: Virtual classroom format: the 2.5 hours will be made up of:  60 min of class instruction; 45 min of class activities and research; 30 min interviews with class members;  20 min breaks

 

95 HOURS HOMEWORK: Homework during the two weeks will be a total of 9 hours per class, reading the book chapters, exercises, assessments and assignments.  Each class is important for the development of your career services program, training and coaching services.  Homework is managed by LMS Moodle.  You will be given a specific user name and password to access homework assignments and post them for your instructors.

 

Upon completion of FCD,  you can take the CCSP and/or GCDF Examinations!
