Author, Kathryn Troutman, who is also the Founder and President of The Resume Place, Inc. divided the guide into four parts informed by jobseeker stories and resume samples. Part I offers the basics for writing a Federal-style resume, which is different than a private industry resume, and features examples. “The impact of seeing before and after resumes is important for jobseekers,” Troutman said “They are seeing how to right those wrong resumes. The outline format resume makes it much easier for HR to find the keywords they’re seeking that relate to job requirements which makes it easier to land the job!”
